Train to Gain is a Government-funded training initiative, with the purpose of improving the skills of the UK’s work-force. At present funding is available for NVQs at level 2 and Skills for Life certificates in numeracy, literacy and ESOL. To be eligible for Train to Gain funding a candidate must be 19+, lawfully resident in the UK and employed, either as a paid employee, self-employed or a volunteer.
Our NVQs are delivered in the work-place and train candidates on skills relevant to their role.
There are three elements to training delivery:
· Skills and knowledge assessment. · Individual learning plan and training to fill any skills gaps. · Work-based competency assessment.
