Who is this vocational qualification for?

This NVQ provide an individual with the opportunity to demonstrate and develop the skills needed for a career in Management and Leadership.

What is the training about?

We provide assessment and training through one-to-one tutorials or group workshops at a Candidates place of work.

It is a modular course made up of four mandatory and two optional units (the most relevant optional units can be selected according to a candidate’s individual role).

As work-based training, our NVQs are designed to improve the effectiveness of your organisation by recognising a candidate’s skills gaps and then tailoring a programme to fill any gaps with quality training.

Optional units

· Encouraging innovation within your team

· Allocating and checking work in your team
